He was realistic as to the starting date/ time and worked with us to make sure everything was ordered and delivered for the project start date. Joel and Aziza came to my home and fully measured my kitchen. They solicited my ideas and politely answered all my questions. Their designing expertise was immediately evident as they made several suggestions and recommendations that I had never even considered. I then met with them in their showroom to review the floor plan and to select my cabinets, counters, flooring, etc. The showroom consisted of sample kitchens and a wide array of products. It was also spacious enough for us to lay out my selections to ensure an overall cohesive design. I absolutely love my new kitchen (including Joel's built-in table) and would not change a single thing.

Our main bathroom in our 1942 house was in dire need of an upgrade. After meeting with many contractors, we decided to go with Master Kitchen and Baths. And I tell you we made the best decision by doing that! James is amazing to work with, and every single tradesman was a total professional! From demo of a concrete floor and plaster walls, to rebuilding the subfloor, to electrical, sheet rock, tiling, and then then the installation of the tub, vanity, mirror, and wall cabinet. Every single task was done to perfection and literally took 2 weeks and one day for the entire project to be completed. If I could give them six stars I would do so in a heartbeat. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to work with James and the MKB crew again!

I HIGHLY recommend MASTER KITCHENS & BATHS. They were easy to work with from start to finish. The contract was clearly written, so there was never an issue with what we wanted or the cost. Having everything in the showroom was extremely convenient. There is a large selection and we were able to see everything side-by-side (floor tiles, vanity cabinets, vanity top, and even grout). Everything ran smoothly, which was a very pleasant surprise, because our only full bathroom was completely remodeled. True to his word, they finished the job as quickly as possible, so we could have our only shower and tub back. He arranged for workers to come every day until the job was done. No time was wasted. The tiler even came on a holiday weekend! Everyone was a pleasure to work with, professional and highly skilled. The renovation was completed weeks faster than any other competitors.
