We begin by protecting your home from the door that we enter...

and don't stop, all the way to the location of the renovation. Tile and wood floors are protected with a heavy duty paper material. Rugs and carpets are protected with a heavy duty sticky plastic material that will stay down until the job is complete. Usually on the First day, (gut day), we put down drop clothes on top of the paper and plastic to ensure that everything is protected.

The demolition can cause dust which is why we do everything in our power to keep your home clean!

Sheetrock / Spackle (3 coats) / Trim (ready for you to paint or wallpaper)

Tile installer measures and reviews details / orders tile

Day 7 + 8 + 9

Tile Installation and grout

Day 10

“Trim Out” (plumbing, building & electrical)

Day 11

Shower Doors / or / Measure Doors

Day 12

Once completed, final inspections are scheduled (plumbing, building & electrical) to Complete Job!
